  • The Dining Room

    The Dining Room is built from indigenous wood with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the endless Indian Ocean and a terrace facing the lush gardens and main pool. The inventive menu takes the best from French and Mauritian cuisine to create mouthwatering and memorable dishes. Open 07.30 to 10.30 for breakfast and 7.30pm to 10.30pm for dinner. The dress code is casual smart for both men & women. Closed shoes for men are compulsory.

    The Plantation sits directly on the beach giving breathtaking views of the ocean whether you are here for a leisurely, long lunch or a romantic dinner. Traditional Creole dishes using the freshest seafood are the stars on the menu, and on a few nights, a week Asian or South African dishes are the highlights accompanied by music and dancing. Open for lunch and dinner.

Junior Guests

Set in a mansion on a sugar plantation is the kids club “The Planters” where your children have more than enough inside and outdoor space to have plenty of freedom and fun. Open from 09.30 am -10.00 pm the club invites children from 3 to 12 years old on a complimentary basis. Pony rides, picnic to snorkeling and painting classes there is something arranged for each age group.

Fabulous buffet lunches are provided at a small fee catering for even the pickiest of eaters and the chefs will also allow the children to design their own pizzas. Rest assured that the professional team at The Planters will make your children’s holiday their best ever fun. Babysitting facilities can also be arranged at a small cost.

The Sanctuary is a temple of zen-like relaxation dedicated to the well-being of the body and the mind. Inspired by the ‘zen’ philosophy, The Sanctuary features eight treatment rooms offering a wide choice of massages, custom-made programmes and treatments packed with pampering and therapeutic benefits, designed to soothe away stress and restore a sense of balance.
